Peanut, Barley and Sweet Potato Balls

1 Prepare all ingredients, peanuts and barley must be soaked in advance

Boil peanuts and barley with appropriate amount of water, about 30 minutes

Use the cooking time to knead the glutinous rice flour and sweet potato mash into a dough. The water content of sweet potatoes in different households is different. When kneading the dough, add water while mixing.

Add potato balls after the sugar has melted
