Peanut Bone Cuttlefish Soup

Prepare all the ingredients, soak peanuts and dried cuttlefish about an hour or two in advance.

The cuttlefish are cleaned and blanched with peanuts.

After picking up the peanuts and cuttlefish, put the ribs in the blanching water, and then clean them.

Cut the cuttlefish into small pieces.

Put all the ingredients in a clay pot, add ginger slices and a suitable amount of water, and boil on medium heat. After the boil is turned on, continue to boil for about ten minutes, then turn to a low heat and continue to boil.

After about two hours, add some salt to taste and then turn off the heat.
Tips:
1. The peanuts should be soaked in advance, and the peanut blanching water can remove its own astringency.
2. Dried cuttlefish should also be soaked in advance and thoroughly cleaned up.
