Peanut Butter Sandwich Biscuit (supplementary Edition)
1.
The butter is softened and beaten at room temperature, put in an appropriate amount of corn oil and beat evenly, add an appropriate amount of sugar and salt to beat evenly~
2.
Add an appropriate amount of peanut butter and stir again~
3.
Add half of the egg liquid and stir well. (Unfortunately, you can only use a spoon and an egg beater, buy it later)
4.
Sift in three types of 1:1:1 flours, and mix them gently and evenly to make them loose like breadcrumbs. Do not stir in circles~
5.
Then add the remaining egg liquid and black sesame seeds, and mix well in the same way~
6.
Then gently knead the dough and wrap it in plastic wrap and put it in the refrigerator for half an hour~
7.
After taking out the dough, roll it out with a stick, not too thick or too thin, and then use a mold to divide it into biscuits of the same size.
8.
Preheat the oven to 150 degrees, put tin foil on the baking tray, brush a layer of corn oil, arrange the biscuits one by one, and then brush a thin layer of oil on the biscuits, put them in the oven at 150 degrees for 15 minutes, upper and lower heat, middle layer.
9.
After taking it out, let it dry slightly, then spread jam and a little pork floss on the biscuits, close the two, and then bake them in the oven at 130 degrees for 5 minutes.
10.
After that, take it out in a hurry, wait for 2 minutes to bake the biscuits inside, and then they will be out! ~ Wait until they are cold before eating it is the most crispy~
Tips:
I think the crispiness mainly depends on the oil, not too little, and you can't add water.
