Peanut Cake

In the flour filter container, add crushed peanuts, dig a hole in the middle and slowly pour boiling water, while pouring it, stir it into a snowflake flake shape with chopsticks

Let the noodles cool slightly and add a little cold water to synthesize the dough, knead until the surface of the dough is smooth

Knead the dough, cover it and let it rest for 30 minutes, divide it into equal amounts of dough (evenly made small, about 80 grams)

Take a dough powder and roll it into a thin rectangular dough, spread oil evenly and sprinkle with dry flour

Roll up the dough, knead it into a long piece, cut it in half with a knife (don’t cut the head)

Pinch both ends with your hands and stretch it out (with the incision facing up), press the tail end underneath and set aside for later use

Use the same steps for the rest of the dough

The dough is flattened and rolled into a suitable size cake

After the pan is heated, pour the oil into the pan and turn to low heat to bake until golden on both sides.
