Peanut Cake

Main and auxiliary materials: flour, cooked peanuts.

Peel the peanuts and roll them into crumbles with small particles.

Put the ground peanuts, flour, and sugar into the dish.

Add corn oil, baking powder, and a little water.

Combine them into a dough, cover with plastic wrap and relax for 20 minutes.

Dispensing evenly and loading on the plate.

Flatten it.

Bake the middle and lower layer in the oven at 180 degrees for 15 minutes, then move to the upper layer and bake for 5 minutes.

Take out and let cool.

Serve on a plate, ready to eat.
Tips:
1. Corn oil and water can be combined to form dough. Add more oil if you want it to be crispy, otherwise add a little more water.
