Peanut Chocolate Chip Cookies

Mix biscuit material A and set aside for later use. Whip butter, caster sugar, brown sugar and peanut butter together

Add eggs in portions, stir, and then add vanilla extract; after evenly add the mixed biscuit material A, use a rubber spatula to mix the wet and dry ingredients

Finally, add the chocolate beans and stir evenly, cover the container with plastic wrap and put it in the refrigerator for a minimum of 4 hours

After refrigerating, take out the batter and divide it into about 40 grams of biscuits and place them in a baking tray with a distance of 5 cm between them.

Preheat the oven to 350°F for 15-18 minutes, and turn the baking tray 180° in the middle. Note: There is a slight difference between different ovens)
