There are still a lot of peanuts at home that I can't finish eating for a while, and there will be bugs if I don't finish it, so I made this peanut biscuit. Peanut Crackers

1. Beat the eggs in a basin

2. Add sugar and stir well

3. Pour in corn oil and stir well

4. Pour in chopped peanuts

5. Stir thoroughly

6. Add all powders

7. And form a group for 20 minutes

8. Make it into an irregular shape

9. Bake at 200 degrees for 25 minutes in the oven

10. Take out and let cool

Tips:

The peanuts should be fried in advance and then crushed before use.
