Peanut Crisp
1.
Prepare all the ingredients (forgot to put the whole egg liquid in the picture)
2.
Mix low-gluten flour, baking powder, and baking soda together and sift 2 times
3.
Stir the salad oil, egg liquid and sugar evenly
4.
Mix the sifted flour and peanut flour evenly (the peanut flour is made by myself, which means that the raw peanuts are baked in the microwave or oven. I use the microwave to bake them. 70 grams of peanuts are shared on high heat. 3 minutes or so, and then wait for it to cool and peel off, use a food processor to dry grind into powder, about 30 seconds to grind out very fine peanut flour, because the outside is afraid of moldy and dare not use it, it is still safe at home)
5.
Pour the mixed flour into the egg, salad oil and sugar mixture and mix well
6.
Just mix it into a smooth dough
7.
Divide into 16 portions (you can also divide into smaller ones, the size is as you like, but the final baking time is different) and round
8.
Put it in a baking tray and flatten it with your thumb, and brush the surface with egg wash
9.
Sprinkle with sesame seeds and crushed peanuts. Because children eat it, I don’t use crushed peanuts. I am afraid of choking, but I personally feel that it is more delicious with crushed peanuts.
10.
Into the oven, the middle level is 180 degrees, about 15 minutes, the size of the biscuits is different from the oven, and the baking time is also different. Observe by yourself, the surface of the biscuits will be golden and ready to be baked.
11.
The fragrant peanut crisp is just fine, it’s beautiful if you put it in a package or enjoy it yourself
Tips:
If you don’t want to put baking powder and baking soda, it’s okay, but it’s not crispy. I personally think that it doesn’t matter if I occasionally eat alkaline substances. For me in medical work, I think that increasing the amount of alkaline substances is not harmful to the body.
