Tips:
1. Peanuts are easy to over-roast, so they should be roasted slowly at a low temperature, and always pay attention. When the peanuts are roasted until the aroma comes out and the sound of red skin bursting can be heard, it is almost the same. If the peanut kernels are moist, the roasting time needs to be extended.
2. I roast a lot of peanuts at one time. The cooked peanut kernels that are not used up can be eaten directly or used to make peanut butter, peanut milk, nougat, etc.
3. The peanut kernels do not need to be very crushed, leaving some granules to taste more delicious. If you don't have a machine, you can roll it with a rolling pin.
4. The amount of spoon is to control the size of peanut crisp balls, and the maturity will be the same when the size is consistent.
5. The baking time should be adjusted according to the performance of your own oven, and the baking temperature should not be too high, otherwise it will cause serious oil.
