Peanut Lotus Root Soup

Peel the lotus root and cut into large pieces, then wash.

Wash the pork bones and blanch them in hot water.
3.
Remove the pork bones and put them in a casserole.
4.
Pour some hot water into the casserole and pour the lotus root.
5.
Add an appropriate amount of washed peanuts.
6.
Cover and boil on high heat, then change to low heat and cook for an hour.
7.
Turn off the heat and add salt to taste.
Tips:
The salt should be put in the end, it is not good to put it early.
Pork bones can also be replaced with pig feet.
