Peanut Nougat

Prepare the required raw materials,

Add butter to the pot and heat it over medium-to-low heat.

The butter melts into a liquid,

Add marshmallows,

Stir continuously with a spatula until the marshmallows are completely melted and blended with the butter. Turn off the heat.

Add ground peanuts and milk powder,

Mix thoroughly with a spatula,

Then directly shape it into a rectangle and let it cool in the mold.
9.
After demoulding, cut into small pieces with a knife,
10.
Wrap it in sugar paper.
Tips:
The non-stick mold I use can be heated, so it can be used directly in a pot, and the boiled nougat can be shaped and cooled in it.
