Peanut Peach Shortbread

Corn oil, white sugar, salt, mix well

Add egg mixture and stir well
3.
Add milk and mix well
4.
The peanuts are crushed with a rolling pin

Add crushed peanuts and mix well

Pour the flour

Knead until there is no dry powder

Knead into small balls, 16-20 grams can be. Use a 50g moon cake mold to press
9.
Put it into the baking tray after it's done
10.
Preheat the oven in advance and bake at 160 degrees for about 30 minutes
Tips:
1. If there is a food processor, you can beat peanuts into powder
2. Don't put too much baking soda, it will make you bitter
