My family loves peach shortbread cookies. This time I made peanut-flavored peach shortbread cookies. They used to be round and flattened by hand. They looked a little ugly. Peanut Peach Shortbread

1. Corn oil, white sugar, salt, mix well

2. Add egg mixture and stir well

3. Add milk and mix well

4. The peanuts are crushed with a rolling pin

5. Add crushed peanuts and mix well

6. Pour the flour

7. Knead until there is no dry powder

8. Knead into small balls, 16-20 grams can be. Use a 50g moon cake mold to press

9. Put it into the baking tray after it's done
