Peanut Pork Hamstring Soup

Prepare the ingredients and chop the trotters into pieces.

Soak peanuts and black eyebrows for half an hour after washing.

Pork shank tendon, pig's trotters, and ginger slices are blanched in a pot of boiling water, and some cooking wine can be poured to remove fishy.

Put all the ingredients into the rice cooker, add proper amount of water, and use the soup function. (For other pots, boil on high heat and simmer on low heat for 1.5 hours)

1. It is easier to boil the eyebrow peas and peanuts after soaking.
