Peanut Pork Ribs Congee

Wash the spare ribs, cut into pieces, and put them in a bowl.

Heat water in the pot and pour the ribs into the pot. Boil for 2 minutes after the water is boiled, remove and rinse with clean water, and put in a bowl for later use.

Put the rice in the pot and wash it well.

Put the peanuts in a bowl and rinse them with water.

Pour the ribs and peanuts into the pot, and add the clean and sliced ginger.
