Peanut Roast Pork Trotters
1.
Soak the peanut kernels about half an hour in advance and wash them for later use. Chop the trotters in large chunks, wash and set aside
2.
Heat the pan and put the oil to stir-fry the trotters to slightly golden brown. Add ginger slices, garlic slices, oyster sauce and other spices and stir-fry trotters until fragrant
3.
Mix in the hot water that has not used all the ingredients, add clean peanut kernels and sugar, and bring to a boil. Reduce the heat to medium and low heat for about 30 minutes, add salt to taste, and let the sauce thicken on high heat.
Tips:
After the color of the soy sauce adheres to the ingredients, add fresh soup or water (the soup should be filled once, do not refill the water in the middle, remember to also cover the pot)
