Peanut Scones

Flour, yeast powder, and appropriate amount of warm water are added to form a smooth dough. Cover with plastic wrap and ferment in a warm place.

The dough is fermented to more than 2 times the size.

Roast the peanuts and peel them.

Put it into the flour mill.

Grind it into peanut powder.

Put peanut flour in a bowl, add appropriate amount of sugar and mix well before use.

Take out the dough and knead it to exhaust air. Divide evenly into small noodles.
