Peanut Shortbread

After the butter has softened, add the powdered sugar.

Use the whisk of an electric whisk to mix the butter and powdered sugar first, and then turn on the power to prevent the butter from splashing out. Beat the butter until the color becomes lighter and the volume swells.

Add the egg yolk in two batches, and use a whisk to beat a few times each time, mix well before adding the next egg yolk.

After whipping, sift the flour and salt in.

Use a spatula to mix into a dough.

Pour in the crushed peanuts.

Mix well.

Divide into 26 small doughs, about 15 grams each, and round them.

Then flatten the small round dough slightly, brush the surface with egg wash, and then glue black sesame seeds.

Put it in the middle and lower layer of Dongling K40C oven that has been preheated to 175 degrees, and bake for about 15-18 minutes. The actual baking temperature depends on the temper of your own oven.
