Peanut Shortbread
1.
Ingredients: 120g of cooked peanuts, 8g of cooked white sesame seeds, 20g of white sugar, 25g of maltose, 16g of water, 0.6g of salt, 2g of butter
2.
Put the peanuts and sesame seeds in the oven, keep warm at 100 degrees for later use. Pour the rest of the ingredients into the pot, heat to 140 degrees over medium-low heat, pour in peanuts and sesame seeds
3.
Mix quickly, pour on a non-stick cloth, shape into a 1.5 cm thick rectangle, and cut into small 1.5 cm squares while hot
Tips:
Cut the sugar while it's hot, and cut it until it's cold enough to disperse.
When mixing the sugar, move quickly to prevent the syrup from cooling and the peanuts cannot be coated with sugar.
The size of the cut pieces can be adjusted to your liking.
