Peanut Soy Trotter Soup
1.
Pig's trotters (I bought them directly in the supermarket), chopped into pieces, washed and soaked in water for 1 hour, peanuts and soybeans were soaked in water for 1 hour respectively
2.
Boil the trotters in a pot under cold water with peppercorns and 5 slices of ginger to remove the fishy smell. After the water is boiled, cook for 3 minutes, and then remove the washed foam
3.
Pour the boiled pig's trotter and soaked peanuts and soybeans into the pressure cooker, cut the onion into pieces, and pour the boiled water over the trotter
4.
Put the lid on the pot, select the tendon button, wait until the pressure cooker display is over, start the pot, add 4-5 grains of wolfberry to get out of the pot. Add appropriate amount of salt and sesame oil according to personal taste,
Tips:
In the first step, it is best not to cover the pot when cooking the pig's knuckles, so as to facilitate the distribution of the fishy smell.
The amount of peanuts and soybeans can be determined according to personal preference.
