Peanut Spicy Shrimp
1.
Peel the peanuts, add about 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil and stir fry over medium heat.
2.
Stir-fry until golden brown for later use. You can also deep-fry. The color will look better. It will be out of the pan a little earlier, because it will retain a considerable amount of heat after it is out of the pan, and it will become crispy after cooling.
3.
Peel the shrimps and wash them
4.
Cut a knife on the back and pick out the shrimp thread
5.
This knife cuts to about 1/2 depth, if you like to turn flowers, you can cut to 2/3 depth
6.
Add starch and cooking wine to the chopped shrimp, and marinate in the refrigerator for 1 hour
7.
Pick up the oil pan, add the marinated shrimp and stir fry. The shrimp will naturally curl into a shrimp ball. Here I directly use the oil left over from the fried peanuts
8.
Add soy sauce, oyster sauce, and chili oil, let the sauce quickly evaporate a part of it over high heat, add a little sugar to make it fresh
9.
Finally, pour in the prepared peanuts, stir-fry evenly, and then take out
