Peanut Stewed Chicken Feet

Prepare chicken feet and fresh autumn peanuts.

Peel the peanuts.

Cut off the nails of the chicken feet.

Chop the chicken feet into small pieces.

Put the chicken feet in a pot of cold water, add cooking wine and ginger slices to a boil over high heat, and turn off the heat after boiling the water and blood.
