Peanut Stewed Pork Knuckles

Soak the peanuts for more than 3 hours in advance (because of time, I only soaked for an hour, but the pressure cooker is very soft)

The quail eggs are cooked and then peeled off the shell for later use

Sliced ginger, crushed garlic

Rinse cinnamon, pepper, star anise, and tangerine peel with water

Boil water, blanch the trotters and remove them

Then put it in the inner pot of Joyoung pressure cooker, and marinate for 30 minutes with a tablespoon of light soy sauce and a tablespoon of dark soy sauce for 30 minutes.

Tips:
Joyoung’s electric pressure cooker has a very strong water-locking power. As much water as you pour in, you can boil as much water as you need. So you don’t need to put water, you can add a small bowl of water if you like juicy
