Peanut Walnut Sesame Paste

Prepare various materials. The cooked peanut kernels go to Hongyi, I use fried peanuts. If there is no cooked peanut kernels, use raw peanut kernels in the oven at 150°C and roast them for about 15 minutes to get cooked peanut kernels;

Put the sesame seeds and walnuts in a clean pan and fry them until they are crushed when you pinch the sesame seeds;

After the fried sesame walnuts let cool, add peanut kernels and set aside;

Put the glutinous rice flour into the pot and fry until slightly yellow. Do not leave the pot and set aside;

Peanuts, walnuts, sesame seeds, add sugar in batches and grind into powder;

Don't wear it for too long, it's easy to get oil. It doesn't matter if the grinding is rougher, it will be processed later;

Add the ground powder to the fried glutinous rice flour;

Mix evenly

Grind again in batches;

This can make the grinding finer, and it can also make the peanut, walnut, sesame flour and glutinous rice flour mix better.
Tips:
Use a few spoonfuls each time and rinse with some boiling water.
