Peanuts and Soybeans in Pot Trotters

1. Prepare the ingredients.

2. Soak soybeans and peanuts in advance.

3. Prepare the seasonings.

4. Boil the peanuts in boiling water for 5 minutes and remove them for later use.

5. Boil the pig's feet in boiling water to clean up the pig's hair.

6. Add appropriate amount of water to the soup pot and add green onion, ginger, ginseng, angelica, and cooking wine.

Tips:
