Peanuts and Walnuts

Take the walnut kernels of 4 walnuts, pack them out the night before and soak them. If there are fresh peeled walnut kernels, it is best!

The peanuts I use are fresh flowers produced this year at my home, probably one handful is enough. If the peanuts are dried, they will be soaked with walnut kernels overnight.

Put the soaked peanuts and walnuts into the food processor and add water. Hit it for about 30 seconds and stop for a while, then hit it again.

After filtering with a fine filter, pour the residue back into the cooking machine, repeat step 3, the water volume is half of the previous time, and the time is doubled.

This is the effect of beating three times. At this time, the slag is very thin and will not affect the taste. Put it into the walnut dew together.

Pour into the pot, put the right amount of sugar on the medium heat, stir while heating, turn to low heat when there is a slight foam, until it boils, turn off the heat.

The fragrant and delicious walnut dew is ready! The cooked walnut dew will darken in color. Later, I added hot water directly to the cooking machine, and I can drink it after I beat it. The color remains the same.
Tips:
Walnut kernels are best peeled. If they are not peeled, the color will be affected, and the taste will be slightly astringent. Put some sugar on it and it will be fine.
The scum must be beaten carefully, or it will affect the taste.
