Last week, I sent some home-grown red-coated peanuts from home. It is said that red-coated peanuts have higher nutritional value than white-coated peanuts, and they are indeed more fragrant to eat, so make full use of it and add it to potato shreds. Here, the taste is really not bad, it can be served with both rice and wine, it is really a perfect match, hahaha. . . "

1. Prepare the required ingredients.

2. Put a little oil in the pot, pour in peanuts, stir-fry on low heat until the aroma and crispy skin are released.

3. Shred potatoes and rinse them in water for 2 times, then soak them in water to prevent the potato shreds from turning black. Wash the dried peppers and cut into sections, shred the green and red peppers, and remove the peanuts after cooling.

4. Put the oil in the pan, add the dried chili and garlic to squeeze the aroma.

5. Remove the dried water from the potato shreds and stir-fry for 3-5 minutes on medium heat.

6. After the potato shreds are fully stir-fried, add the green and red pepper shreds and peanuts and stir-fry.

7. Finally, add the right amount of salt and white vinegar to make the crispy, spicy and sour peanut and potato shreds ready to cook.
