Peanuts, Red Dates and Trotter Soup

Cut the trotters into small pieces and boil the froth in a pot under cold water

Wash the boiled trotters with cold boiled water
3.
Bring water to a boil in a casserole, add cooking wine, material bag, ginger, and pour trotters

Soak peanuts and red dates in advance and wash
5.
Pour peanuts and red dates into the pot
6.
Cover and boil over high heat, change to low heat and simmer until soft
7.
Adjust the time according to your favorite softness. Turn off the heat and add salt to taste
Tips:
Add cooking wine and vinegar to remove the smell of pig's feet
