Pear Meat and Tremella Lung Drink

Prepare the ingredients. Our sweet-scented osmanthus pears are cheap and fresh, so I bought this. If you don’t sell them, replace them with Sydney pears. Crisp pears can be used, but the sweetness is different. The amount of rock sugar is naturally different. Fresh white fungus is fine. Soak it with dried white fungus instead.

The fresh white fungus is washed and soaked to remove impurities. The advantage of fresh white fungus is that it does not take too long to cook, and it is easy to be glued, and the taste is good.

Chop the cleaned fresh white fungus and soak the wolfberry for about 15 minutes.

Osmanthus pears are peeled, cored and cut into thin slices. They can also be cooked together with the skin. The effect is better. However, my children don't like to eat the flesh with the skin, so give priority to the taste of the child and remove the skin.

Put the white fungus, wolfberry and pear slices into a cup, and add an appropriate amount of rock sugar. If you like sweetness, you can add more. Add an appropriate amount of purified water.

Put it into the rice steaming box and pour an appropriate amount of water.
