Pearl Balls

Fresh meat bought in the market and minced into meat. Beat the meat with water, add an egg, appropriate amount of salt, starch, white onion, and minced ginger and stir vigorously in one direction.

Soak the glutinous rice in advance, at least 2 hours in advance.

Tips:
