Pearl Meatballs

Ingredients 1: Fresh big meat.

Ingredients 2: Shiitake mushrooms, green onions, ginger, salted duck eggs.

Seasoning: vegetable oil, salt, pepper powder.

Chop the big meat, spring onion, and ginger directly on the chopping board.

Add shiitake mushrooms, appropriate amount of pepper powder, salt and a little vegetable oil when the chop is almost done, then continue to chop.

Chop the minced meat and put it in a bowl.

Take a ball of minced meat and pack a piece of salted egg yolk in the middle.

After sealing, throw it back and forth with your hands.

Put the meatballs in a bowl of glutinous rice (soak the glutinous rice for at least three hours in advance).

Dip the glutinous rice evenly (if necessary, put some glutinous rice in your hands and pinch the meatballs back and forth with your hands, so that the meatballs will soon be covered with glutinous rice).

After serving, garnish with wolfberry and steam for 20 minutes (the steaming time depends on the size of the meatball).
