Pearl Milk Tea

Prepare materials. 2 bags of Lipton black tea, one bag of pure milk, right amount of rock sugar, right amount of pearl powder.

Focus on the boiled noodles. First add ten times the amount of water to boil, put in the dough and stir to avoid clumping and sticking to the pan. In the second step, wait for the noodle balls to rise and simmer for 6-8 minutes on medium heat. The third step is to turn off the heat, cover the pot and simmer for 6-10 minutes. In the last step, take out the powder circle and rinse with water until it is loose and not sticky. Add appropriate amount of sugar water and set aside (you can completely soak the powder circle)

Add new water to the pot, boil it and put it into the black tea bag, cook until the black tea bag no longer discolors, adjust the fire to pour milk (try not to boil) and finally turn off the heat and pour the rock sugar

Tips:
1. The number of black tea bags can be adjusted according to your own taste, usually 1-2 bags per person.
2. In the same way, the amount of milk can also be adjusted by itself.
3. I put rock sugar, because rock sugar is not easy to get angry ^_^ You can also put white sugar or honey
4. If you are particular about the taste, you can put a spoonful of creamer.
