Pearl Milk Tea
1.
Boil the milk, water and black tea bag until boiling, and use a spoon to keep stirring to prevent sticking to the pot. It also brews the taste of black tea. It can be boiled for about 5 minutes.
2.
Melt the brown sugar with water,
3.
Pour into the tapioca flour,
4.
Stir to the dough, this feeling is that it looks thin, but in fact it doesn’t stick to the touch when you touch it, and it will form a dough.
5.
Knead into small balls, the size is about the same as peanut kernels, too big to cook, too small to take effort, of course, if you like the size, it doesn’t matter.
6.
Knead one and put it in the tapioca flour (the amount of tapioca flour is prepared separately), roll it to shape,
7.
Add a proper amount of water to the pot and boil, put the rubbed pearls into the water, boil on high heat, then turn to medium and low heat and cook for about 15 minutes.
8.
Turn off the heat and simmer for 15 minutes,
9.
9.
Take out and rinse, and then soak in cold boiling water. When drinking, take an appropriate amount of pearls, add the previously cooked milk tea, and then add an appropriate amount of sugar, stir well, and you can taste.
Tips:
1. When boiling milk, water and black tea, use a spoon to stir, otherwise the protein in the milk will stick to the bottom of the pot and become mushy. Let the black tea bag soak for a while, so that the taste is fuller.
2. The size of the pearl is not easy to be too big, the size should be similar to peanut kernels. After kneading, you should roll it with tapioca flour. One is to prevent sticking, and the other is to shape it.
3. When cooking, turn to the underwater pot. After boiling, turn to medium-low heat and cook again. After cooking, don't forget to simmer for a while, let the heat go in, so that the pearls will be soft and waxy.
