Pearl Tofu Meatballs

1. Wash the glutinous rice and soak for a day

2. Main ingredients needed

3. Chopped green onion and ginger

4. Chopped green onions and ginger in a bowl of meat paste

5. Add light soy sauce, salt, pepper, and sesame oil to beat the meat in one direction

6. Chop the tofu with your hands and add a little salt

7. Put the minced meat in the tofu and stir well

8. Take an appropriate amount of minced meat into small balls and roll them in the glutinous rice with controlled dry water, so that the balls evenly stick to the glutinous rice

9. Wash and slice the carrots and put them on the plate

10. Put the tofu balls covered with glutinous rice on the plate

11. Boil water and steam on medium heat for 15 minutes, simmer for 3 minutes

Tips:

The glutinous rice must be soaked in advance for as long as possible, otherwise it will be mixed when steamed.
