Pecan Snowball
1.
Cut the pecans into fine particles. It should be noted that if the pecans you buy are roasted and crispy, just cut them into fine particles and use them. If it is raw, you need to preheat the oven at 170 degrees in advance and bake for 5-10 minutes, and let it cool before use
2.
Sift the flour into the egg beater
3.
Add the caster sugar and salt to the flour
4.
Cut the frozen butter into small pieces and add it to the flour
5.
Just knead the butter and flour together (don't knead the flour excessively), and get a buttery dough
6.
Add the chopped pecans prepared in advance
7.
Mix the chopped walnuts and the dough and mix well
8.
Divide the dough into small balls of about 12g and round it slightly with your hands
9.
Preheat the oven to 170 degrees in advance, and bake on the upper and lower fire for 25-30 minutes
10.
After it’s out of the oven to cool, sift the powdered sugar and you can enjoy it
Tips:
1. If you can't buy pecans, you can use ordinary walnuts instead, but the taste will be compromised.
2. When making dough, be careful not to knead the dough excessively, which will affect the crispness of the biscuit.
