Peony Steamed Dumplings

Add the flour to the boiling water and blanch it to form a dough, knead the dough, and roll it into a round skin.

Put the meat in the filling core.

Divide the five points and pinch them together toward the center to form the shape shown in the picture.

Re-bond the adjacent two sides

Cut two cuts on each petal to form the petals of the peony flower.

Crush the boiled egg yolk and put it in the petals for decoration.

Put the cooked dumplings in a steamer and steam them.
8.
Put it on a plate with a pattern drawn with sauce.
