Pepper Braised Loofah
1.
The loofah is planed and cut into a diamond shape of about 2 cm, and the material ends are processed.
2.
Heat the pan, add 15g of oil to the pan, add ginger slices, minced garlic, red peppers, and peppercorns to fry until fragrant.
3.
Pour the loofah and stir-fry evenly over high heat, pour in 30g of water, add seasonings and simmer for 5 minutes.
4.
Finally, take 3g cornstarch and stir fry in 15g water.
Tips:
It is not advisable to add too much water when frying, because the loofah itself has sufficient water content, and water will leak when it is cooked, so we should add or not add water according to the actual situation.
