Pepper Convolvulus Stems

Pick the water spinach leaves for fry, cold dressing, or soup, and the remaining stems can be cleaned and cut into cubes.

Chop the hot peppers, ginger, and garlic and set aside.

Pour rapeseed oil in a hot pan. Heat the oil and turn off medium heat. Add the peppercorns, hot peppers, ginger and garlic, and stir fry for a little bit of spicy flavor.

Pour water spinach stalks over high heat and stir fry evenly.
5.
Add MSG and stir fry for a few more times.
6.
Take out the pan and serve.
