Pepper Jelly Chicken Casserole

Prepare materials.

Clean the chicken legs and chop them into 2cm pieces.

Add light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, Zhu Hou sauce, and white sugar to the cleaned chicken pieces.

Tips:
1. This dish must be marinated chicken with Zhuhou sauce. Oyster sauce is also available without Zhuhou sauce, but the taste is different.
2. Black pepper must be added. Adding black pepper will taste worse.
3. It is best to cook this dish in a casserole that can withstand high temperatures, and the sound of zé zé (zé zé) can only be heard when the dishes are served on the table.
