Pepper Oyster Soup

Prepare all materials

Clean the oysters. It is recommended to fill a plate of water and gently stroke them with your hands. Be careful not to rub them vigorously!

Put the milk pan on the electric ceramic stove, heat it up and sauté the ginger onions

Then pour two bowls of water

Put the lid on and bring it to a boil.

Gently add the oysters

Sprinkle with pepper
