Pepper Pork Belly and Ginkgo Soup

Clean your belly, wash it

Put the pork belly into the pot and put in the right amount of water

Pour in cooking wine and a little oil

When boiling the soup, peel the ginkgo and wash it

Pork belly can be easily poke with chopsticks

Tips:
1. The pork belly should be washed clean, otherwise there will be a peculiar smell;
2. The amount of ginkgo should not be too much, and it should be cooked thoroughly.
