Tips:

❶ This dish uses a whole pair of pork belly, a whole chicken, and a lot of white pepper particles. It is difficult to buy a whole pair of pork belly, so it is recommended to go to the vegetable farm to make a reservation with the store one or two days in advance; white pepper particles are mashed It will be more fragrant, it is not recommended to use ready-made pepper.
