Perch Carrot Soup

Kill the sea bass and wash it for later use.

Shred the radish.
3.
Pick up the frying pan and fry the fish over high heat until both sides turn yellow.

Add water and ginger to a boil, then add radish and cook.
5.
After cooking, add salt and chicken essence to taste, sprinkle with chopped green onion and serve.
