Perilla Tofu

Wash the perilla leaves first, drain the water, and spread on the plate;

Wash the tofu clean, because it is thicker, cut it in half from the middle;

Use a biscuit mold to make the tofu shape, and the remaining leftovers are also trimmed into a triangle;

Wash the carrots, use a paring knife to gently scrape into slices, and then cut some carrots;

Tips:
1. Carrots can be replaced with minced meat or other vegetables you like.
2. There is no biscuit mold to make tofu model, just cut into small pieces directly.
