Petal Hair Cake

Peel the dragon fruit, cut into small pieces, put in a food processor and add an appropriate amount of water to smash into juice.

Add the beaten dragon juice to the flour.

Add honey and yeast powder and stir to form a thin paste, cover with plastic wrap and ferment.

When the thin paste is fermented to twice its original size, it is ready to be steamed.

Peel the yellow-core sweet potatoes and cut them into diagonal slices, put them in a cake mold, add a jujube in the middle to form a flower-like shape, and gently pour in the fermented batter.

Steam the pot on cold water for 30 minutes. After turning off the heat, let it steam for 5 minutes before removing the lid.
