Petal Pumpkin Buns

Peel and remove the flesh of the pumpkin and steam it, pour it into a basin and mash it into a puree. Add sugar while it's hot and let it warm, add yeast

Add flour and some water

Knead the flour into a dough

Ferment in a warm place to double the size

Take out and knead well to exhaust

Roll the kneaded dough into large pieces and cut into equal squares

Cut out a strip with a width of 1 cm without cutting off one end

Roll up

Roll into the shape as shown in the picture. Prove for 20 minutes and steam on high heat for 10 minutes.
Tips:
1. The top of the dough piece cannot be cut off, so that it can be turned into a circle
2. The cut strips should not be too wide, otherwise it will not be easy to roll
