Ph Master Vanilla Shortbread

Add the softened butter with salt, caster sugar, and vanilla extract.

Beat the butter until the color becomes lighter, the volume becomes larger, and it looks like a feather.

Low powder and high powder are mixed and sieved.

Stir the flour until there is no dry powder.

Sprinkle hand powder on the fiber mat and arrange the dough into long strips about 2 cm in diameter.

If you feel that one line is too long, you can divide it into two sections to organize it. Then wrap it in greased paper and put it in the refrigerator for 2 hours.

Take out the long strip of dough to warm up at room temperature for a while, and brush with a layer of egg whites.

Spread a layer of sugar evenly on the surface of the long dough.

Cut the long strip of dough into 1cm thick slices, and bake it in the middle of the oven at 160 degrees for 15 minutes.
Tips:
1. The dough of this formula is very soft, so be sure to sprinkle hand powder on the kneading pad when it is arranged into strips.
2. After refrigerating the dough, return to room temperature for a while and then slice it, otherwise the slag may drop when cutting.
