Piano Cake

First, bake an 8-inch butter cake in a water bath. For details, please refer to my recipe [Butter Cake]

Divide the cake into 3 equal slices, take one slice, spread a layer of cream, put in a layer of dragon fruit flesh, and fill the gap with light cream

Then put in the second slice of cake, spread the mango flesh, and fill with light cream

Then put in the third slice of cake, and put thick whipped cream on the surface

Wrap the whole cake body with whipped cream and smooth the whole

Use a round 8-inch absorbent paper to transfer the piano keyboard. For the melted chocolate, draw a small semicircle and draw a rectangular key, as shown in the picture. Then put it in the freezer to freeze and set for 10 minutes, then take it out

Use chocolate to dig out the chocolate

Place the piano keys on the surface of the cake as shown in the picture. Then use the remaining whipped cream to draw the white piano skirt and the cake rim. And on the white skirt, use chocolate to draw jumping notes, use cherries, and birthday cake slices for a little decoration. Sprinkle chocolate chips around the cake body, complete
Tips:
After the cake body is finished, it is best to put it in the refrigerator for 2 hours before starting to make the cake. This butter cake body is delicious.
