Since the impression, every winter solstice, my family will use this waxy glutinous rice to celebrate the festival. The autumn breeze rises, and we eat waxy. The aroma of sausage and bacon is paired with soft glutinous rice. The whole family sits together and eats and chats hot. This bowl of glutinous rice has the taste of home.

Ingredients

Piaoxiang Cured Glutinous Rice

1. Prepare materials.

2. Soak the glutinous rice in a little water for 10 minutes.

3. Soak dried shiitake mushrooms in advance.

4. Chop the bacon sausage and shiitake mushrooms into small pieces.

5. Heat the wok, add a little oil, pour the diced ingredients into the wok and stir fry a few times.

6. Add a little salt to taste.

7. Pour in a spoonful of special grade soy sauce and stir-fry evenly, then turn off the heat.

8. Pour the soaked glutinous rice into the rice cooker. The amount of water should be about 1/3 less than the usual cooking water.

9. Stir-fried wax and shiitake mushrooms are spread on the glutinous rice.

10. Close the lid and select the normal cooking button.

11. After cooking the rice, you can open the lid and mix well with a rice spoon.

Tips:

The ingredients can also be added with appropriate amount of carrots and peas according to personal taste, all of which need to be stir-fried a few times in advance so that the meat flavor can better penetrate into the rice.
