Pickle Bullfrog

Prepare 2 fresh bullfrogs.

Wash the bullfrogs and chop them into pieces.

Pickled ginger, pickled pepper, pickled radish, celery, garlic cloves and cut into small pieces, and prepare a little pepper.

Add more oil to the pot. When the oil is 80% hot, add all the condiments except the celery and saute for about 2-3 minutes.

Tips:
The bullfrog can be fried for a while, the water will come out during the fried process, so there is no need to add water to it.
