Put chicken feet and various seasonings in a boiling pot and cook for about ten minutes on high heat. You can set the time. If you like it crispy, you have less time, but you must not cook it too badly.

Cook it, remove it, wash it in cold water, and brew it in running water for one and a half to two hours. You can also soak in cold water, but you need to change the water frequently, preferably every 20 minutes. This step is critical.

If you are used to spicy food, you can also cut the pickled peppers.

Pour in the brewed chicken feet and mix well. It is better to submerge the chicken feet and pickled peppers, so that they can be thoroughly tasted.

Tips:
This dish is mainly to solve the problem of solidification after being left for a period of time, that is, after cooking, it must be brewed in cold water for a sufficient time, at least one hour, preferably one and a half to two hours.
